High Protein blueberry banana muffins
It all begins with an idea.
I found this recipe online about a year ago and I added my own tweaks to it. Both my husband and my kids love them. The blueberries are optional and can be replaced with another berry of choice. You can even add in chocolate chips if you want.
Each muffin has about

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Milk (I use Almond Milk)
1 Egg
1/3 Cup Egg Whites
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
1 Ripe banana
1 1/2 Cup Protein Pancake Mix
1 tbsp Vanilla
1 tbsp Cinnnamon
1 cup Blueberries
First blend milk, cottage cheese and banana together. (I use a blender to eliminate all clumps)
In a separate bowl mix egg, egg white, protein mix, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Once everything is combined add in blueberries.
Spray muffin tin with avocado oil, and divide mixture evenly. (Or use cupcake liners)
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
