Protein Ice Cream

It all begins with an idea.

This is my go to sweet treat after dinner.

2/3 Greek Yogurt

1 Scoop Protein Powder

1 Heaping teaspoon of Cocoa Powder

1-2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter (or PB Powder)

1 teaspoon of honey

Mix it up

Add preferred toppings.

I add Chocolate chips and Raspberries

Put in freezer for 20-30 minutes! ENJOY!!!
